the breakfast is very good, location is the best, easy access to on and off ramp to a major highway, and walking distance to ihop, habit, smart and final and walmart. also, the rooms are very nice and quiet. the best part is the personnel, they are all about customer service, Jose, Julie ,Cesar, David and everybody else who works there focus on immediately acting on customer requests.

The pillows were fantastic-I need these at home. The value was great. The location was great for our needs. The room was clean. The bed looked so nice & fresh. The staff were very pleasant.

The manger Jose took good care of me. I had a delay on my flight called let them know and he put it in the computer that I was gonna have a late check in and he was very nice

the personnel made me feel wanted and always asked if i needed anything, especially Jose. Julie, Cesar and david . they go beyond a 10 for customer service.

The first room was on the second floor and the door key was not working, I went down to lobby and the staff remake the key but it still not working, he changed room for us. Breakfast was included, good enough.

Hotel was great. Jose front desk was so accommodating. My booking reservation didn't get sent to Quality Inn but they accommodated me anyways.

all staff especially jose were professional , helpful, and i felt they really cared for for me as a customer. really loved it here.
